Effective Living Center, Inc. is a state licensed, outpatient, dual-diagnosis clinic serving both chemically dependent individuals as well as those who have mental health issues. Our highly trained treatment team of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors and Mental Health Professionals: including a Doctorate Level Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, has been serving individuals in both Little Falls and St. Cloud, Minnesota for over 20 years.

Effective Living Center, Inc.’s professional staff offers the most current, evidence based, treatment strategies available. Our outpatient programming allows each person to continue with their other daily commitments (such as work or family), while maintaining their commitment to their treatment programming.

We acknowledge that obtaining treatment is a big investment for you and/or your family and we are here to assist you. We provide direct billing to your insurance company, accept funding through state plans such as Rule 25 or Health Care plans, and we will work with you to set up an individualized, private, payment plan that you can incorporate into your personal budget.

Everyone entering treatment receives a clinical chemical dependency assessment. This assessment of an individual is needed to help the treatment professionals offer the type of treatment recommendations that best suits the individual. Effective Living Center, Inc. can provide these assessments or we can accept the assessment completed at another agency or through the County Human Services department.
